Villa rental rates: 15 April – 14 December $2,375 US, 15 December – 14 April $2,900 US. Rates are per week. Additional days are pro-rata (if avalible).
Upon arrival a $500 US cash security deposit is to be paid to the agent. This will be refunded at the end of your stay.
